Defender Mohamood Hassan delighted by special goal in Police FC colours

Defender Mohamood Hassan was among the three scorers of the day as Police obliterated newcomers Kitara FC 5-0 at Kavumba. Others were Ben Ocen who scored a hat trick and midfielder Yusuf Ssozi.

Hassan says he is delighted to have scored his first goal for his new side but also impressed by the team’s general performance,


I feel so happy because we won the game convincingly without conceding but above all, I scored my first goal for the club. Scoring especially for the first time feels so special.”



Hassan says.

The former Express, Onduparaka and SC Villa central defender scored Police FC’s third goal of the game with a well taken free kick in the 64th minute.

” We are taking nothing for granted, we are approaching every game as a final as we look forward to succeeding.” He adds

Hassan and his teammates will shift focus to their next game which will be played on Wednesday 16th against Busoga United at Lugogo.

Abdallah Mubiru’s men are currently third on the table with seven points, two behind leaders KCCA and UPDF FC.
