Bright stars thrash Paidha in a commanding victory

Alfred Onek, Brain Kayanja and Kokas Opejo steered  Bright Stars to a comprehensive 3-0 victory over Paidha Black Angeles at the Green Light Stadium in Arua.

In form Brian Kayanja scored his fourth goal of the season putting him one goal behind leading scorer and teammate Nelson Senkatuka who is on 5.

It was Paidha’s 3rd loss  suffered in the  five games played at  home conceding 9 and scoring three goals, drawing once and winning the other.

From the five games Fred Kajoba’s men have played away from home they have won three, lost one and drew the other scoring nine goals and conceding four.

A win takes Bright Stars to the second position with 18 points three points behind table leaders KCCA FC.

This defeat pushes the Blacks on the bottom of the log with only four points garnered from the nine games so far played.

Khalid Odagui and Ceaser Olega of Paidha Black Angels were cautioned as Martin Kizza and Augustin Kacancu for Bright Stars got booked.

Both teams will be back in action on Saturday 8th- December as Paidha Black Angels visits Onduparaka FC in the West Nile derby at Green Light Stadium Arua while Bright Stars will be hosting BUL FC at Champions Stadium Mwererwe.
